Getting Started: Practical guidance on how to prepare for and conduct your first works council meetings, including how to structure and lead meetings effectively.
Communication & Cooperation: Learn the best practices for effective communication within the council and with management, as well as strategies for successful teamwork and collaboration.
Practical Exercises: Case studies and role-playing activities that simulate real-life council situations, allowing you to apply the learned concepts and strategies.
